ZEE Sports Wear cuts, dyes and sews team kit for football, volleyball, soccer, basketball and baseball — in one building, to one colour standard. Each sport has its own specialist site; this is where the garments are actually made.
Our range
Nine things, made for five sports. Each page shows the same garment as we build it for every sport, and every product on it links to the specialist site that carries the full range.
Five sports
Every sport asks something different of a fabric and a pattern. We build to those differences rather than printing one template five ways.
Sublimated and stitched jerseys, game pants and practice kit built for contact.
Lightweight sublimated jerseys, spandex and warmups for club and school programs.
Full kits — jersey, shorts and socks — with names, numbers and sponsor marks.
Reversible and single-sided sets in mesh or performance knit, cut for the game.
Full-button and two-button jerseys, pants and caps, stitched or sublimated.
Wrestling singlets, track kit, cheer, esports jerseys — if it can be cut and printed, tell us the garment and we will say honestly whether we are the right maker for it.
Ask about your sportHow we make it
A supplier who only prints will recommend printing. Running every method ourselves is what lets us tell a team when the cheaper one is also the better one.
How it works
Sport, roster size, colours and the date you need them by. Send a sketch, a photo or last season’s kit — anything is enough to start.
Our design team draws your kit to scale — front, back and sleeves — and revises it until the coach and the parents are happy.
A written quote against the approved artwork: fabric, cut, decoration and quantity, with nothing added later.
Cut, sublimated or stitched, finished and quality-checked in our own factory, then shipped with tracking.
The step that decides the schedule is approval, not production — a program that names one person who can say yes consistently orders two to three weeks faster, which is set out in full in our guide to how long a custom kit order takes.

Most teamwear reaches a school through at least one intermediary, and the intermediary is not withholding anything — they genuinely do not know. Whether a design is possible, whether a colour will hold on a given fabric, whether a date is real: those answers live on a production floor, and every step away from it converts an answer into a message passed along.
We make the garments. That is the only claim on this page that changes anything, and it changes three things: the answer to “can you do this?” comes back the same day, the price is the cost of making the kit rather than the cost of making it plus a markup for standing in between, and a date we agree to is a date we control.
It also means we can tell you when the cheaper option is the better one, which a reseller is structurally not placed to do. The trade-offs between the six decoration methods are laid out in how we decorate a garment, method by method.
Four situations where ordering from the factory changes the outcome rather than just the invoice.
One dye batch across the whole order means the sports match each other in a photograph. Five suppliers produce five interpretations of one school colour, and that cannot be fixed after delivery.
We keep the specification — fabric batch, pattern, print calibration — so next season’s addition matches this season’s set rather than approximating it.
There is no catalogue here limiting you to what was printed last year. The limits are fabric and pattern, and we will tell you exactly where they are.
The honest advice is usually to spend it on more garments in a well-chosen method rather than fewer garments in an expensive one. We would rather say that than sell the upgrade.
Custom team uniforms for five sports — football, volleyball, soccer, basketball and baseball — produced in our own factory rather than sourced from one. Nine garment types across the five, from playing kit to warm-ups and accessories.
A manufacturer. It is the only claim on this site that changes anything: it means the answer to a design question comes back the same day, the price is the cost of making the kit, and a date we agree to is a date we control.
No. Each sport has its own site carrying the range, the sizing charts and the ordering, so a coach never scrolls past four sports that do not apply to them. This site explains how the garments are built.
Set per garment rather than site-wide, because a reversible jersey and a set of baseball pants are not comparable pieces of work. Send the roster and the garment list and we will give you the number that actually applies.
It depends on the garment, the decoration method and the quantity, and any number quoted without those is a guess. What we can promise is a written quote with a date on it rather than a range that moves later.
No, and there is no obligation attached. We draw the kit in your colours and revise it until you are happy before any money is discussed.
Production takes roughly the same time for everybody; what moves your delivery date is how fast a proof is approved and whether the size list is complete. Both of those sit with the program rather than the factory.
Against a Pantone number or a physical garment, yes. Against a screenshot, we can get close — and close is the honest word, because the image has already passed through a camera and a screen before it reaches us.
Yes, and it is the cheaper way to do it. One setup, one dye batch and one shipment, which is also the only way to guarantee the sports match each other when they end up in the same photograph.
The sport, roughly how many pieces, and your colours. That is enough for a real number. Logo files, size lists and personalisation can all follow.

Sizes, colours and roughly when you need it is enough to quote from. You get a written quote and a mockup in your own colours before anything is committed.
